Mrs. Muthulakshmi Jayasekaran, H.RajKumar, H.Chandrasekar, trustees of the trust, held a meeting with Inspector, farmers from Chidambarapuram, Kalakad for the Pazhangulam village trust’s land at the Kalakad Police Station on 4th December, 2023. Farmers came forward to sign up lease agreement with the Managing Trustee of the trust, Mrs. Muthulakshmi Jayasekaran.

Mrs. Muthulakshmi Jayasekaran, H. Rajkumar, and H. Chandrasekar, trustees of the trust, held discussions with individuals encroaching on a one-acre portion of Trust land at the Nelser building, located in Chidambarapuram, Kalakad. On September 11, 2023, these talks aimed at formulating a rental or lease agreement for the affected acre of land.

On July 18, 2021, Mrs. Muthulakshmi Jayasekaran published an advertisement in the Tirunelveli edition of the Dinamalar Newspaper.

In October 2013, Mrs. Muthulakshmi Jayasekaran, the managing trustee of the trust, engaged in discussions with Devasagayam, a farmer from Thoppur, Kovillammalpuram, regarding the establishment of a rental or lease agreement for the land owned by the trust.

In June 2013, Mrs. Muthulakshmi Jayasekaran, the managing trustee of the trust, initiated negotiations with S. Murugan and S. Thangavel, who are farmers from Chidambarapuram, Kalakad. The discussions focused on setting up a rental or lease agreement for the trust's farmlands.
