The Principal Sub Court of Tirunelveli issued a judgment on March 28, 2019, decreeing Execution Petition No. 70/2008 in the context of Original Suit No. 235/1999.
The Honorable Judge at the Tirunelveli Sub Court formally acknowledged Mrs. Muthulakshmi Jayasekaran in the legal proceedings and ordered the inclusion of her name, along with her three siblings, as parties to the case. This judicial order was decreed on December 12, 2014, in the context of Execution Petition No. 70/2008 arising out of Original Suit No. 235/1999, and subsequently referenced in case number E.A. 625/2009.

The Tirunelveli Principal Sub Court rendered a judgment on August 17, 2006, in the case numbered O.S. No. 235/1999, issuing a decree in the matter.
The dispute over property involving seven Pannai families culminated in lawsuit O.S. No. 33/1938 at the Tirunelveli Sub Court. Before a judicial conclusion could be reached, the parties opted for an out-of-court settlement, agreeing to form a trust to hold all the contested properties. The settlement was legally formalized through the registration of the properties under the trust's name, a process completed at the Thirukurungudi SubRegistrar's office on February 17, 1941. The compromise and the trust's formation were thus officially recorded and the Trust Registration number assigned.
